Creating an account

  1. Tap +.
  2. In the Account Information, expand Detail.
  3. Specify the account information.
    Note: The Account number field is disabled by default.

    This field is populated if the record is imported from M3 BE or when you create an M3 customer using the M3 CLM account.

  4. Expand Contact and Activity sections and complete the information
  5. Tap Save.
    Note: After saving the newly-created account record, the contact and activity records are also created. You can view these records in the filter list.
