Creating a new account

  1. Select Customer Lifecycle Management > My Accounts > All.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify the account information. If you must specify more information, expand the other sections, such as Contact and Activity.

    The Account number field is disabled by default. This field is populated if the record is imported from M3 BE or when you create an M3 customer using the M3 CLM account.

  4. Click Save.

    After saving the newly-created account record, the contact and activity records are also created. You can view these records in the filter list.
