Using Office 365 integration
The Office 365 sign-in window is displayed upon accessing Contact Sync. Once
logged in successfully, all M3 CLM contacts under the
user is loaded in M3 CLM Contacts. The Office 365
sign-in window is displayed only per log in to M3 CLM.
Note: Ensure to turn off the pop-up blocker.
The Office 365 sign-in window is not displayed again if the user:
- logged in to Office 365
- created an activity
- accessed Calendar
- have already accessed Contact Sync
Loading of contact synchronization and integration fails when you close the Office 365 sign-in window.
