Adding interest codes

Interest codes refer to a particular type of product or service. You can specify what information an Account is interested in, for example what products they use. Interest codes are grouped by interest groups. Contact your system administrator for more information.

  1. Open an account.
  2. Select Interest Code.
  3. Click Add.
  4. You can select an interest code in two ways:

    • Search for an interest code by specifying the key words in the Search field, then click Search. If you find matching interest codes, the matching codes are shown below the search box in bold.

    • Browse for an interest code by expanding interest groups.
  5. Select the interest code.
  6. Click OK.
