Filtering the data

You can set the filter so that data for a specific entity is shown.

  1. At the upper right corner of the table, click the Grid settings.
  2. Select Show Filter Row. A new row is displayed below the table heading, each column has empty text fields.
  3. Specify a keyword on any of the fields.
    For example, assume that you are in the Accounts window. Specify a city under the City column to show accounts that are based in a specific city. You can filter several columns simultaneously.
  4. Click Filter Menu and click Clear Filter to reset the filter.
    Note: When SQL Filter paging is enabled, only the first 50 records are displayed. You have an option to show the remaining data when you scroll down the list.
