Updating the Sales Forecast chart

Perform these steps only if you added a new sales process, or if you update the Sales Forecast chart.

  1. In the M3 Mobility Core Toolbox, go to System configuration > Pipeline/Forecast settings > Forecast.
  2. From the Available stages pane, select a sales process then click the right arrow to add the sales process to the Selected stages pane.
  3. From the Summary available stages pane, select a sales process and click the right arrow to add the sales process to the Summary selected stages pane.
  4. To view the Sales Forecast chart, go to the Dashboard and refresh your screen.
