Configuring Business Area responsible rights

You can define the permissions of the Business Area responsible to the accounts that they are assigned to. Read permission is selected by default. Clearing the selection for read permission is not allowed.

  1. Select System configuration > System settings > Additional settings > Business area responsible rights.
  2. Select which permissions to grant the Business Area responsible:
    • Read: The user can access and view the record.
    • Write: The user can make changes in the record.
    • Append: The user can append changes and create child entities in the record.
    • Share: The user can give access to the record to another user.
  3. Click Save.
