Transferring account and related data

You can transfer the ownership of account and related data, such as activities, opportunities, projects, issues, and general objects to another user.

  1. From User Maintenance, select Ownership Maintenance > Transfer Account and Related Data.
  2. Specify this information:
    Select Accounts owned by
    Select or search a user or users who owns the account record.
    Accounts Owned
    Select the account records from the table.
  3. Click Set Owner,
  4. In the Select User dialog, select or search which user to set as the owner.
  5. Click Next.
  6. In the Transfer Account Data dialog, select the account data and M3 value of customer record.
  7. Click Transfer.
  8. Click OK.
