Modifying a subfilter

  1. Select Filter maintenance > Filters.
  2. Expand a filter group and select a sub filter.
  3. To add new search criteria:
    1. Select a field from the list.
    2. Depending on the selected field, create a criteria by specifying a value, selecting a code, setting a condition, or specifying a day interval.
    3. Select an operator.
    4. Click Add.
  4. To delete a criteria:
    1. From the bottom table, select the criteria to be deleted.
    2. Click Delete.
  5. To arrange or reorder the subfilter, use the Move up or Move down buttons to arrange the subfilters accordingly.
