Enabling a feature

  1. Using the Tenant Toolbox, select System configuration > Feature toggles.
  2. Select the Is Enabled box of any of the feature that you want to enable. By default, all these features are enabled, except for Localization Settings.
    Feature Default Toggle setting Description
    HubEvent Viewer On This feature is used to manage events in the Event Hub.
    Enhanced Document Management On These contains improvements on Document Check-in and Check-out process.
    Account Transfer On This feature is used to assign a new owner on account records and other entities.
    Enhanced Item Search Off This feature is used to add material line item search enhancement.
    Note: If this feature is enabled, ensure to re-index MITBAL, MITLOC, and MITMAS tables.
    Localization Settings Off This feature is used to display date and time based on the system or user preference.
    Mail Merge to Microsoft Excel On This feature is used on Document Template for Microsoft Excel support.
    Displaying completed Operations in the Agenda list Off
    This feature is used to flag operations as Work Complete.

  3. Click Yes to enable the feature.
