New Outlook plugin for M3 CLM

Description

The M3 CLM Outlook plug-in supports creating and updating of M3 CLM entities from Outlook entities, such as mail, meeting, or contact.

The user needs to sign in the Outlook application because it is an external application which is not available in Infor Mingle application. During sign in, the IFS credentials are controlled and the user must allow access to M3 CLM.

You can open the M3 CLM plugin from Outlook when working with entities. It also supports these integrations:
  • Creating a contact from an Outlook email
  • Creating or updating contact from an Outlook contact
  • Creating activities from an Outlook email
  • Creating an activity from an Outlook calendar entry
  • Creating opportunity from an Outlook email
