Creating a document using templates

  1. Open an entity.
  2. Click Document > Manage Documents.
  3. In the Document List window, click Add Document.
  4. Click From Template.
  5. In Add Document From Template window, specify this information:
    Select Language
    Select a language from the list of available languages. You may select All to see all the available templates of the selected template. The default value for this field is the user language.
    Select Template
    Select a template from the list of available templates.
    Name
    Specify the name of the document.
    Description
    Optionally, provide a short description about the document.
  6. Click Create.
