Issue management

Issue Management consists of one or more process steps. Process steps consist of one or more activities.

In creating activities, you can set the owner of the activity. If the Activity Type is mapped to an Exchange calendar entry, such as a meeting, the activity is created in the Outlook or Office 365 calendar of the activity owner. If the Activity Type used is mapped to a meeting and the activity is shared, users whom the activity are shared with become part of the meeting recipients.
