Assigning a role to a user account
- Select User maintenance > User.
- From the list of users, select the user who you need to assign a role to.

In the Role tab, select
the roles that you need to assign in the Used column.
A user can have multiple roles.

Select Running
Role if the selected role should apply when the user opens your
application.
The Running Role setting defines the dialogs and menus that a user sees when opening an application.
- Click Save.
