Downloading accounts for offline use

When your device is online, you can select the account records to be downloaded, which includes the child entities, depending on the Date Range settings.

You can:

• Select multiple records through check boxes.
• View the number of selected records when selecting records.
• View the download indicator when the download starts.
• View the number of downloaded records.
• Redownload records after downloading records at least once.

You will be prompted whether to have Start menu filters (My Account, My Activities, and so on) downloaded as well.
