Synchronizing data

Data will be synchronized:

• When a downloaded record is updated offline, it will be synchronized to the server once your device gets connected to the network.
• When you use the redownload function to keep the downloaded records updated.
• When you use the Refresh function to update the records while your device is online.

Resend of update is available when there are failed requests/transactions due to intermittent connection when synchronizing data from offline to online.
