Validation of facility in adhoc reports for rental invoice proposal tables

Description

Validation of facility for adhoc reports has been added for STAGPH, STAGPL, and STAGPD tables. A special handling has been implemented for STAGPD, STAGPH, STAGPL in CMMMNGXML, 'Information Browser. Open' (CMS100), and CMS100MI (Information Browser MI).
