(CRRU40) new option to exclude non-stocked items for CRRU42PF (TORG-12)

Description	There is a legal requirement in Russia to exclude non-inventory items.The Russia-specific delivery note (TORG-12) can be created in XML format and populated directly with values from M3 Business Engine program 'Supplier Invoice Batch. Select Operation' (CRRU40). This also includes printer file CRRU42PF.
Limitations	Changes to exclude non-inventory items are limited to TORG-12/CRRU42PF
