Sales Tax enhancement for eInvoicing via (AAS390)

Description	The process for online invoicing is performed in 'Online Invoicing Transactions. Open' (AAS390), through which XML files are created for customer invoice transactions for transfer to the tax authorities. This document describes the tax information added for divisions defined using tax method 2 - 'M3 sales tax'.
Limitations	The functionality is only available when the MCE switches MCE1147780 and MCE1366697 have been activated in 'MCE Switch. Activate' (MNS930). A geographic code is required on non-domestic warehouses, customers and customer addresses to trigger that a section for tax exemption is created in the Custom Invoice BOD. Replacing tax codes in 'Sales Tax Exemption. Open' (TXS050) can be used for non-domestic orders to allocate a tax code without tax rates in 'Geographic Code. Enter Tax Rate' (CRS138) or 'Geographic Code. Enter Exemptions' (CRS139).
