Addition of new flag on Product structure header to model ownership

Description	As part of the tight integration between Infor PLM (Optiva) and M3, a new flag has been added to the product structure header and is used to identify if a product structure was imported from an external system. This flag is then used with specific logic for the maintenance of such product structures.
Limitations	This flag can only be turned on only through API PDS001MI, transaction Add transaction. This flag cannot be updated through the UI.
