Limitations added for updating rental DOs

Description

Restrictions have been added to avoid updates on rental delivery and return distribution orders that cause errors when carrying out the delivery or return of the rental line. The restrictions include limitations on options and fields in 'Req/Distr Order. Open' (MMS100) and 'Req/Distr Order. Open Lines' (MMS101).
