Additional objects have been added for Purchase Costing in (CRS550)

Description

Rail station (RASN), Harbor/Airport (HAFE), and Place of Load (EDES) have been added as objects in the program 'Object type. Open' (CRS550) to enable the fields for use as costing keys for the PO costing element. Additionally, the fields are now set up and usable in the PO costing model.
