IN013 - Non-display of not used jurisdiction levels for M3 Sales Tax

Fields for tax rates are not displayed for taxing jurisdictions that are not used in M3 Sales Tax.

Tax rate fields for a jurisdiction will only now be displayed in programs 'Geographic Code.Enter Tax Rate' (CRS138), and 'Geographic Code.Enter Exemptions' (CRS139), if the company has defined this jurisdiction in program 'Settings - Sales Tax' (CRS793).
