SP749 - Online VAT reporting

New legislation for VAT reporting SII (Suministro, Inmediato de Informacio is introduced in Spain. The legislation implies that VAT is reported continuously and to meet the requirement, a new type of online VAT reporting is introduced in M3 Business Engine.
