HU006 - VAT date must be delivery date

The VAT date is the date when a business transaction occurred from a VAT reporting perspective. The VAT reporting is performed periodically and the VAT date is used to retrieve business transactions that have occurred within the period. Within the current functionality the accounting date or the invoice date and in some cases the delivery date can be used as VAT date. This is not enough. Within this requirement new alternatives have been added.
