BR063 - Electronic Invoice NFe 4.0 FCP at Item per Federal Unit level

Enhancement is delivered in invoice processing to calculate for FCP (Fund Combat Poverty) and include the required output field in Brazil Invoice line API for the purpose of electronic invoice processing (Nota Fiscal version 4.0 or NFe4.0). In addition to this, 'Increased/Reduced percentage' was considered in the calculation ICMS Tax Substitution base.
