EU052-B - (ARS350) F17 Mass deletion of remittances for SEPA Direct Debiting

Functionality for selection and mass deletion of remittances for SEPA Direct Debiting is now available. Unlike when a remittance is deleted with option 4='Delete', this new deletion functionality will not reopen the invoices for payment. The remittances will be removed, and no longer visible in 'Bank Remittance. Reconcile Payment' (ARS350), but the included invoices will remain paid.
