SP749-B - SII Limitations handling

Online VAT reports must be split into several reports when certain limits, for example a maximum number of invoices per report, are exceeded. To meet the requirement, the ability to set up limit rules for online VAT reports is introduced in M3 Business Engine, automatically splitting the online VAT report (VAT run) into several reports if the specified limit has been exceeded. Additionally, new functionality has been introduced to handle automatic and manual processes for online VAT reporting, the resetting of report status for vouchers and the population of those transactions missing VAT registration numbers.
