BE106 - Country specific functionality for (TXS520) for Benelux replaced by (TXS140)

The Belgian country specific functionality 'Annual Customer VAT. Print' (TXS520), including related MEC message TXS530MI, has been removed. The functionality is replaced by TXS140 'Annual VAT reporting. Open Proposal' (TXS140). For a description of the functionality in (TXS130) see NCR 3616.
