BR052 - Enhancements for ICMS tax substitution and legal changes for importation (PIS and COFINS)

M3 now supports the ICMS tax calculation for value added margin (MVA). The tax base for PIS and COFINS has changed for importation. This legal change means that ICMS tax is not included in the PIS and COFINS calculation anymore.
