PL048 - CRS600 - Intrastat reporting based on delivery date

The purpose of this development is to introduce delivery date as the base in the intrastat reporting. This requires that intrastat transactions are updated with planned delivery date in order to be included in the selection in the intrastate report generation. A new selection criterion for delivery date has been introduced in 'Trade Statistics. Print' (CRS600).
