PT711 - Portaria 382 Delivery declaration

Portuguese tax authorities require that all deliveries shipped from a Portuguese division shall have a delivery declaration number. This number is requested from the authorities via a web service. The number is requested when printing the delivery note in market Portugal. If no delivery declaration number is available when shipping, the delivery shall be shipped together with an invoice.
