BR061 - Changes required in NFe for 20160101

For the purposes of FBM, new fields are added to programs 'Federation unit. Open' (CRBR01), 'Item. Open Complement' (CRBR04) and 'Settings - CFOP code' (CRBR07). These fields are also added as output fields in the MI-program XBR001 transactions 'GetCFOP', ‘GetItem’ and 'GetFedUnit'.
