Consignee address ID added to (OIRU01) for Russia

The field 'Address no' has been added to 'Customer Order RU. Open' (OIRU01) for Russia. It is used to retrieve the consignee address on the Russian documents in 'Invoice – printout' (OIS199) and 'RU Delivery Document. Print' (CRRU40).
