US137 - Combining M3 Sales tax for AP and Vertex Sales tax

A new Tax method, 'Purchase M3 Sales tax/Sales Vertex’ (5), has been introduced in 'Company. Connect Division’ (MNS100). The method is a combination of existing Tax methods 'M3 Sales tax’ (2) for supplier invoices and 'Vertex Sales tax’ (3) for customer invoices and does not introduce new functionality in each process.
