HU117 - 2020-07 Hungary: e-Invoice format update 2020-07 - include domestic invoices with zero VAT

A new MCE switch MCE1395579 has been added in 'MCE Switch. Activate' (MNS930). This MCE switch allows companies to report all Hungarian domestic invoices to the tax authorities, even invoices that do not have any VAT amount.
