Portugal ATCUD code to add sequential number in QRCode and SAFT file

ATCUD code is a unique document code that needs to be part of Portugal invoices. It consists of two elements separated by a hyphen '-':

- the validation code given by Portuguese tax authority based on document series declared to tax office

- the sequential number of the number series.
