Ad hoc report template for DIOT updated to version 1.2.1 with 24 columns

Existing Ad hoc report template for Mexico DIOT has been updated to align with DIOT reporting version 1.2.1. This has 24 columns which allow Tax Withheld Method 1, 2, and 3 for the supplier and handling of VAT retention as combined negative VAT 2. This enables the base amount and withheld VAT to be populated in the report.
