TR011 - New programmatic event to trigger BOD for Journal Entry

A programmatic event has been introduced when the General Ledger is updated in program (GLS040) in order to trigger the BOD 'SyncSourceSystemJournalEntry'. This BOD is triggered when the voucher head table (FGLHED) is updated instead of when it is written the first time.
