US148 - Vertex interface to o_Series 7 and later versions and Vertex SaaS

The Vertex schema 5.0 that is currently used when communicating with Vertex is only valid until version 7.0 of Vertex o-Series. To support later versions an upgrade to support Vertex schema 7.0 has been added. Vertex has two interfaces in their cloud offering, Vertex On-Demand and Vertex SaaS. M3 Business Engine currently only supports Vertex On-Demand. As a part of this requirement functionality has been added to also support Vertex SaaS.
