BR035-E - Public System of Digital Bookkeeping (SPED) - Additions

Some additions are needed in order to generate the data for the Public System of Digital Bookkeeping (SPED). New basic data have been added to 'Federation Unit. Open' (CRBR01) and 'Item. Open Complement' (CRBR04). An address number field is added to 'Supplier. Connect Address' (CRS622) and 'Customer. Connect Addresses' (OIS002). New fields have also been added to the country table, the city table, the address table, the payment table and to the invoice tables. The customer and supplier table are updated once per address with a unique CNPJ/CPF code.
