New parameter to enable date gap in PDS001 and API PDS001MI

Description	A new parameter has been added in 'Product Structure. Open' (PDS001) and API PDS001MI that enables the user to create a date gap between several lines within a given sequence or operation number. This functionality gives the user an option to retain changes in the product structure, which results to a gap in the date sequence.
Limitations	Overlapping materials and operations are not allowed in the product structure. Thus, when adding a line with a valid 'From Date' field which coincides with a valid date of the previous line, the valid 'To Date' field of the previous line is adjusted.
