(APS216) MCZ Allow add/update/delete AP additional info number 414

Description	Functionality to add, update, and delete in 'Suppl Invoice. Display Additional Info' (APS216) and APS251MI has been allowed for AP Additional Information 414 in country version Czech Republic.
Limitations	1. This development will only be applied to MCZ. 2. Add, change, and delete cannot be done for AP Additional Information Category 414 when invoice reference(IREF) = 0, 1, or 2 from FAM function settings. 3. One entry of AP Additional Information Category 414 can be added per invoice. 4. AP additional info must not be blank.
