Enabling user-defined fields in OIS199PF Russian documents

Description	The XML structure drop down field in 'Report Content. Update' (CMS028) has been enabled to show all active report layouts and user-defined fields during printing. It considers both standard XML structure and customized XML structure.
Limitations	Invoice (M3_STD_01-01) user-defined fields should be activated prior to selecting other variants like 'corrective' and 'prepayment' user-defined fields. This development is purely using (CMS028).
