Error message 'Y' displayed in (PPS171) for subcontracting PO connected to a work order

A new error message 'Y' has been introduced in 'Planned Purchase Order. Open' (PPS171). The planned order is connected to work order that is inventory managed but the item is non-stock. The error message is displayed on (PPS171/E) if the PO type with category 60-'Repair Order' is connected to a work order that is using parameter 380-'Inventory management'. This parameter must be set to 1 and the used item is non-stock (STCD) with Inventory accounting set to 0. When the error message 'Y' is created, the planned purchase order cannot be released. The functionality is controlled using 'MCE Switch. Activate' (MNS930). |
