Restrictions

MCP1 is mandatory to install on all instances of M3 BE 15.1.4.

All mandatory MCEs are required to be installed, ref Critical Notifications on Infor Support Portal. http://support.infor.com.

Limitations to the current solution for e-signature:

• Only single signature/step for one change. Not possible with different signatures for e.g. read, reviewed, approved, released etc.

• No dual control (that is, user last change/amend is not allowed to sign/approve).

• No asynchronous Signature Process, signatories execute their signatures independently asynchronously.

• The solution today does not create or store e-records as described in 21CFR11 chapter 70 issued by the FDA.
