MRP can now be stopped from considering MCO or WO quotes

Description	An MCE switch, MCE1526713, has been introduced to control if quotes (service price method 9) should include or exclude material requirements planning (MRP) for the material lines until the approval and conversion to service price method 1 or a fixed price of the quote has been done.A new panel has been created in 'Maint Quotation. Open Information' (COS115), where it is possible to accept a quotation, release a work request, and change the service price method from 1, 8, or 9 to 1, 4, 5, or 7, at the same time.
Limitations	If the service price method is not changed at approval in 'Maint Quotation. Open Information' (COS115), the MRP is excluded until the service price method is manually changed and the WO is rescheduled. It is not possible to change service price method back and forth in the new panel M in 'Maint Quotation. Open Information' (COS115). If needed, the service price method must be changed on the MCO line.
