WMS Inventory Reconciliation by Warehouse dashboard

Warehouse Managers can use this dashboard to view inventory metrics from M3 and WMS. It helps ensure that stock levels match across both systems, preventing discrepancies that may cause operational issues.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • What is the percentage of matched on-hand balance per warehouse?
  • What is the percentage of unmatched on-hand balance per warehouse?
  • What is the percentage of matched and not matched inventory?
  • Which warehouses have biggest mismatches?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains the Inventory Reconciliation Details report.
  • WMS Allocated Quantity (Qty)
This dashboard also contains these KPIs:
  • Matched OHB (Count/ Pct)
  • Not Matched OHB (Count/ Pct)
  • Matched Inventory (Count/ Pct)
  • Not Matched Inventory (Count/ Pct)

The values in the KPIs are based on the selected warehouse in the Warehouse filter.

These KPIs use Load Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Warehouse
  • Matched OHB
  • Matched Inventory

Warehouse and Matched OHB are required filters.
