WMS Inventory Reconciliation by Lot dashboard

A Warehouse Manager can use this dashboard to reconcile M3 and WMS inventory at lot level and identify quantity mismatches that are not visible at the item or warehouse level.

This dashboard can answer these business questions:
  • What is the quantity and percentage of matched on-hand balance per lot?
  • What is the quantity and percentage of unmatched on-hand balance per lot?

Reports and KPIs

The dashboard contains the Inventory Reconciliation Details by Lot report.

This dashboard also contains these KPIs:

  • Matched Qty (Count/ Pct)
  • Not Matched Qty (Count/ Pct)

The values in the KPIs are based on the selected item number in the Item Number filter.

These KPIs use Load Date as the basis for analysis and the Sum aggregation.

Filters

These standard filters are available:
  • Lot
  • Warehouse
  • Item Number
  • Matched Lot
  • Item

Item Number and Matched Lot are required filters.

WMS Inventory Reconciliation by Lot report

The measures used in the report are sourced from the Balance Identities table.

Inventory Reconciliation Details by Lot

This report shows the lot-level comparison of M3 and WMS quantities, including:

  • M3 Qty
  • WMS Qty
  • Variance between M3 and WMS quantities
  • Lot information from M3 BANO:
    • Lot
    • WMS Lottable 09
  • Location status from both ERPs:
    • M3 Status
    • WMS Status
  • Item Type
  • Item Number
  • Matched Lot
  • Variance %

Variance % shows the relative contribution of each record to the total variance, helping you identify the largest discrepancy drivers. By default, the report is filtered to show records with Matched Lot = N and is sorted by Variance in descending order, so the largest discrepancies are displayed at the top of the report.
