Configuring the Analytics Widget on your workspace

The Analytics widget enables seamless integration of data visualizations and key performance indicators (KPIs) into Infor OS Portal workspaces by configuring M3 analytics.
  1. On your Infor OS Portal workspace, click + Add Widget.
  2. In the Widget Catalog window, select Categories > Business Intelligence
  3. Click the + button of the Analytics Widget, then click Close.
  4. Click the spot where to put the widget, then click Save.
  5. In the widget, click Configure Widget or click the ellipsis and select Configure....
  6. Select Birst, then click Next.
  7. Select Analytics Application, then click Next.
  8. In the Query field, copy and paste the query from the Birst Visualizer.
  9. To confirm your query, click Validate, then click Next.
  10. To rename the widget, click the Edit icon, specify the widget name and widget subtitle, and click Ok.
  11. Select other options, such as Chart Type, Chart Mode, Chart Options, and Hyperlinks.
  12. Click Finish.
